1) What’s your MOQ for in-stock and custom items?

For ready stock items, MOQ is usually lower and depends on the SKU, color, and packaging requirements.
For custom OEM/ODM projects, MOQ varies by product size, material, hardness, color, and process (compression molding / injection / overmolding, etc.).
Tell us your target order quantity and market — we’ll recommend the most cost-effective option.

2) Can you add logo and custom packaging for ready stock?

Yes. For ready stock items, we can support logo customization and packaging upgrades, such as:

• Logo: deboss/emboss, silk screen printing, pad printing, laser marking (depending on product surface)

• Packaging: custom polybag, color box, insert card, barcode/label, Amazon FBA-ready packaging

If you share your logo file and packaging idea, we’ll confirm feasibility and provide options.

3) Do you support FDA/LFGB/REACH compliance?

Yes, we can support compliance requests based on your target market and product application. Options may include:

• FDA / LFGB for food-contact silicone items

• REACH / RoHS for general consumer products

We can provide material documents (e.g., COA) and coordinate third-party testing when needed. Please confirm your target market (US/EU) and intended use so we can recommend the right material and test plan.

4) What’s the typical lead time for samples and mass production?

Lead time depends on the project type:

• Prototype sampling: typically faster for feasibility checks and design validation

• Tooling + pre-production sample: depends on mold complexity and approval rounds

• Mass production: depends on order quantity, process, and packaging requirements

To speed things up, please send drawings/specs, target quantity, and required compliance. We’ll reply with a clear timeline.

5) Can you provide free samples?

For ready stock items, we can often provide samples for evaluation (sample policy depends on SKU and destination).
For custom items, samples are typically paid due to tooling/prototype costs, and the fee can be refunded or credited based on order confirmation (case by case).

6) What file formats do you accept for custom design?

We accept common formats for OEM/ODM development, including:

• 3D files: STEP (.stp/.step), IGES (.igs), STL (.stl)

• 2D drawings: PDF, AI/DXF (for dimensions, tolerances, printing, packaging)

• Images for reference: JPG/PNG
