Custom Development Process
Step 1 — Send Your Design / Sample
Share a drawing, 3D file, reference photo, or sample. Tell us the target pet size, chew level, and any performance goals (dispensing size, bounce, grip, etc.).
Step 2 — Material & Hardness Recommendation
We propose suitable material options and Shore A range, plus key trade-offs (durability vs. flexibility, grip vs. cleaning, etc.).
Step 3 — Quote & DFM Review
You’ll receive a clear quotation covering mold cost (if any), unit price, MOQ, lead time, and packaging options—plus DFM feedback for manufacturability.
Step 4 — Prototype & Approval
We produce prototypes or first samples for evaluation. Adjustments can be made on texture, hardness, color, logo placement, and key dimensions.
Step 5 — Mass Production with QC Control
After approval, we run production with in-process inspection and traceability records to ensure consistency.
Step 6 — Packaging, Labeling & Shipment
