Quality Control Checklist
Inspection level can be customized: standard AQL, tightened AQL, or 100% inspection for critical features.
1. Incoming Inspection (IQC)
Material COA / batch number verification
Appearance check (contamination, color consistency)
Key property spot-check (as required): hardness, density, tensile (per project)
2.In-Process Control (IPQC)
First article inspection (FAI): critical dimensions & visual standards
De-flashing / trimming quality (burrs, parting line, sharp edges)
Functional checks (fit, sealing, assembly, pull/tear points if applicable)
Process control: cavity ID / machine / operator / time record
3.Final Inspection (FQC / OQC)
Dimensions: critical-to-quality (CTQ) points re-check
Appearance: surface defects, bubbles, sink, stains, color difference
Packaging check: label, quantity, barcode/lot ID, protection
Shipment release with inspection record archiving
Lot Traceability You Can Audit
We support lot-level traceability from raw material to shipment. Each production batch can be linked to:
Raw material batch number / COA
Production date, machine, mold & cavity ID
In-process inspection checkpoints and final inspection records
Packing list and carton labels with lot ID
Optional: customer-specific labeling (barcode, SKU, FNSKU, carton marks)
If an issue occurs, we can isolate the affected lot quickly—without impacting the rest of your supply.
Confidentiality & NDA Protection
Your drawings, samples, and project details are treated as confidential. We can sign an NDA before you share sensitive information.
Files are used only for quotation, DFM review, sampling, and production of your project
Access is limited to the engineering and project team
We do not share your designs with third parties without written permission
Upon request, we can delete / return files and project documents after completion
